Shipping Options - We currently use USPS to best serve our customers. Depending on the location of the shipment, we will select the best and fastest possible shipping service for your location. (PO BOX delivery addresses will ship with USPS).

ALL orders are fulfilled within 7-12 business days. Tracking numbers can take anywhere from 1-4 business days to update depending on when the post office scans in your package. This is beyond our control.

Packaging - corrugated boxes, bubble mailers, die-cut mailer, pack mailers, bubble wrap, feeder paper. During summer months and when orders contain heat sensitive items, the delivery package may contain foil insulations and a gel ice pack.
- Processing timeframe: 2-3 business days from time payment is processed. If an item you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified of the delay in shipping.
- In the event that your order is lost or missing in the mail we advise you to follow up with the postal service and file a claim with them. All packages are insured. We also ask that you forward all details to us. Undelivered lost packages may be reissued. Delivered lost/ stolen packages may be reissued after claim is filed.

However, if an error is made on our part we will issue a refund or store credit for the inconvenience. You must notify us within 3 days of delivery. If you receive a damaged item, please send pictures/videos of the verifying the damage within 3 days of delivery. In the event your order is incorrect please email us a photo of what you have received and we will replace the order in 1-3 business days.
